I'm fluent in Vietnamese, but w/o the tone diacritical marks, I have no idea what you wrote means. Sorry, couldn't help you there.

Without the tone marks, no way to tell. Besides there are two d in Vietnamese-d and d with a dash across its top đ. The "d" has the English z sound and the đ has the English d sound.
da=skin
đa=a type of tree
If you are dying to know what it is, email me the whole thing. Better off, scan it and send it.

..it doeasnt "say" anything... you have to read it ....just kidding, anyway if you are writing this from "hearing" it said [ which i'm guessing you are.. you are probably spelling it wrong... spelling is very important in vietnamese... far too many words sound too closely alike and have very diffrent meanings... but from what you have here i'm going to guess it means "assuming" something.... maybe you mean this "dac san"= sea food ???? add more info such as contex of which your heard this or saw it
