It would seem that Jesus' closest friends were Peter, James, and John, since they were present at the Tranfiguration and also accompanied Him as He prayed in the garden before His betrayal, even though they fell asleep, and it was to John that He gave the care of His mother, Mary.

Other close friends were Lazarus and his sisters, Martha and Mary.

No one of this lifetime was there so I suggest you read the New Testament. But I do believe that Mary his mother was his best friend and maybe some of the deciples but they would not be his friends as much as he was their friend and a friend to all.
However the sinners he took with him on the cross were no less than the deciples so you must decide for yourself after reading what the deciples said he said while he was in physical form.

Recorded in John 15:14 Jesus told his disciples, gathered with him to commemorate Passover, that they were his friends. In John 11 we read that Jesus loved Martha and her sister Mary and their brother, Lazarus. And in John 19:26 we read "Therefore Jesus, seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing by, said to his mother, "Woman! See your son." Presumably this unnamed disciple is the writer of this account, John. Since Jesus knew he was to die that night he was making arrangements for the care of his mother which meant he must have had great affection and trust in John.

His disciples and his mother. It would seem he had the most trust in Simon/Peter since he left him in charge.
