of actor Glenn Ford.

Walmart sells a John A. McDonald action figure.

Sir. John A. McDonald resembled British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli. While attending Disraeli's funeral, several people mistakenly believed to be Disraeli's ghost.

hes a lot later than 1812. He was the first prime minister of canada, instrumental in having the railroad built across the country (and in getting BC to join confederation). he was also a huge drunk, and once passed out in parliament in the middle of giving a speech.

He was a notorious drunk. It's amazing how much Canadian history you can be exposed to and yet only remember which of our leaders were alcoholics :s.

Good luck!
