Hi now your problem is not uncommon. Please check the rating of the fan. If its 80 watt then you must upgrade to 120 Watt fan. This must solve the problem. If the car came with factory fitted AC then it would be having 120 watt fan but from your query it looks like you have installed it after buying the car. In any case you must check the fan rating. Now if still the problem does not get solved then you will have to check the radiator, and if still the problem occurs then you will have to check the whole AC System.
Hope my experience helps you
regards,

Factory fitted AC are best for Maruti800, because the engine is only of 800cc which cannot take the extra load put in by Powerful AC like Subros, this AC is not suitable for 800 and result engine overheat, consult Maruti service centre near you, if they be able to solve the problem

Clean the radiator. The radiator is changed when u fix an A/c. If the dealer has not changed ask him to change it and see the difference.

PLEASE REPLACE THE RADIATOR

OR

HAVE IT CLEANED WITH CAUSTIC
SODA. THIS WILL KEEP ALL THE
CHANNELS CLEAN FOR BETTER
WATER CIRCULATION.

IN CASE, THIS ALSO FAILS TO COOL
DOWN THE HEAT, THEN YOU HAVE
A BIGGER RADIATOR FOR YOUR
CAR.
