Heh- BIG question there....
You mean in the US?
I'd start by tossing, eighty-sixing, getting rid of, losing, axing, cancelling, American Idol.
Then I'd do the same to companies like Clear Channel & Infinity & bring the "power" back to the djs.
I would either get rid of MTV or TOTALLY revamp it so that it played *music*. & not fabricated fly by night acts like Ashlee Simpson. I'd be sure great talented, unheard acts got exposed.
That's where I'd start.....

The musicians need to stop conforming for the idiot record companies who want to sell nothing but 3 minute chorus/verse/chorus/bride/verse/chorus nu-metal songs.. Musicians need to put the art back into musicianship. Along with this the music fans need to get out and start supporting bands other than talentless piece of trash like nickelback, hinder, and crossfade. If we can get together on this it will pave the way for truly talented musicians to make it in the industry. We need more Tools and Opeths.
