Any shavers that DON'T shave close?

I don't like the totally smooth look, and it irritates my skin to shave so close.

try a cheaper electric (around $30) they usually leave you looking like you need to shave again...

Try a cheap disposable razor.

use hair cutting clippers it wont cut hair below ya skin but level to ya skin....keeps ya bump free
