"drinking our beer makes you cool" (no, having something worthwhile to say makes you cool)
"lose weight without dieting by using our pill" (yeah, if you happen to take it while working in a prison labor camp in Siberia)

There are so many of them.
The new ones where you can speak to their "specialists" as in the ad for the wheelchair.."mobility specialists" Give me a break!
And in this part of the country we also have ads for Dentist referrals. One "specialist" spoke of how good it made him feel to get someone a dentist. SHUTUP YOU!! Which is what I yell at the TV every time I see it. He acted as if he just cured someone of a horrific disease, it was a sugary, disgusting and phony display of "emotion."
You want to sell this gal something, give me the facts and it may help to throw in a joke. But don't play on my emotion or guilt, you'll find a wall and a CLOSED wallet.

There is a Capitol One credit card commercial that bugs me . They sing "hands in your pockets" and everyones hands are in someones pockets ..hmmm..like a bunch of perverted pervs.
