A licensed professional is the only place you're going to get a true I.Q score. However, Mensa has a "workout" (they don't call it an IQ test) that is very similar to the test that they have people take to qualify for their high IQ club.

Tickles test is a gimmick. Do not take it.
http://www.iqtest.dk/main.swf is a fair test, based on the real IQ test 'ravens advanced progressive matrices.
Will give a decent estimation of your true IQ.
