Im need to know how to send a virus that,does not STEAL info,but makes sure that my rival cannot use his "hack program LGR" against me.

lol I love how people comment on someone wanting to learn. I'm sorry about this man. I have been taking down servers for about 5 years now. Hit me up if you want information.
Anyone can make a virus very easy. But the best is using a worm to exploit holes in the Windows OS. This is like ten times better because now you don't have to have the user run it. With a good exploit you can do it remotely.
