Life is a mystery to be lived, not a problem to be solved. It is what happens when you're busy planning other things.

I guess that the answer is depending on who you have asked.

A biologist may say that life is a process where a very defined organic construction has a metabolism of itself and can reproduce itself.

An economist may speak about life cycles: any industrial product has such a feature.

A psychologist may describe different periods from your birth to your death.

A philosophised person may speak about challenges, situations to choose e.t.c.

Your Father (means a priest) tells you that life is a gift from God. Use it so good as you can.

Other descriptions may also arise. I propose that you should build up a description of life of yourself!

Life is whatever you choose to make it. Choices you make at one point in your life usually determine the path your life takes. Sometimes choices can't be helped. Someone told me once that life is 40% choice and 60% destiny which i thought was quite a cool saying!

Life is but that which does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh.
