Well right now you are referring to a race as a factor of this problem. However, race is not a problem for this reason. There where the gap between the rich and the poor is high, and there is no education, the fertility rate seems to be high. It has nothing to do with the race or nation as a primary effect. It is a question why some countries are so developed whereas the others are significantly low income. Another question to be raised is why most of the countries who are "white" are more developed than those that are "other" race? Is it that the white race is so damn selfish and greedy that see any human being other than themselves as not a worthy race? Or is this whole aftermath from history of colonization and the quest for conquer by strong colonies in the past? Or is it that life is just not fair?

I dont think race has anything to do with it. All races keep reproducing when they shouldnt be. My (caucasion) brother is at the top of the list. No job and no money..
Guess these people have nothing better to do?

I tend to agree with everyone in regards to this question ~ whether you know it or not you're a racist person. I believe poverty exist in all society ~ in all races, which leads to parents being unable to care for their children. Along the same line ~ if you know you can't afford children you just simply shouldn't have kids!

Some cultures have been ridiculed by poverty and famine that the chances of children and yes even sweet babies can not make it to adulthood and die. Families within these types of environment produce multiple children because they do not expect their children to survive and try to have enough children leftover to support the families' cost of living.

In poor countries it really is a matter of survival. In better economies it is about state aide. So in a nut shell survival and stupidity.

because certain politicians are looking for dumb voters for the future. somebody dumb has to vote for more freebies for those who take advantage of the system for the most part.
