The answer depends on the level you want it answered.
From the level of yourself, you make the choices as you see them fit. Thus, you make your own path.
Now, just because we don't know what the future is, does not mean that it does not have a "unique" value. You are by definition, destined to choose whatever you choose.
Getting pre-occupied by the fact it will be however it will be, mearly makes you destined to fail. But whether you are dumb enough to go that way or not, is your destiny and your choice.
Thus, I answer
NES. (NO and YES)
It is more sensible to consider it your choice, since you can only affect your choice.

God already has a path mapped out for us, and we will follow that no matter what. But, in the world- we also have our lives mapped out for us. If you think about it, we really never had any real life choices- we were and are pressured by our family, friends, other people, etc. about what we should or shouldn't do. Even if you are a child left by the side of the road, you did not maske that choice , "destiny" made it for you

Destiny determines which path we choose to make for ourselves-the universe creates our choices every bit as much as we create it by our actions... Free will is an illusion, since all of the factors which drive our decision-making are themselves determined by our past experience, external stimuli, etc. Part of what it means to BE the particular individual known as yourself (as opposed to someone else), is to make those specific choices under specific circumstances, which you did.
The fact that what we're able to measure and predict is fundamentally limited at the subatomic level doesn't change this.

I believe we are here for a reason and not in an accident but with how the world is today, I included, can surely say that we rule our world rather than choosing the "light of the world" which is referred to in the Bible as the bread life that is being offered to us.
we choose our actions we live with the consequence (reward or punishment)

destiny... coincidence... none of those exist. i try not to let it affect me in anyway so the way i see it, what we become is just simply becuase. that's it, no questions ask. whatever happens happens. after all, will we ever know if is destiny? probably not.

It is written -- you can choose to be who you are; but at the end - deep down - you will be who you will be. I believe God ordains all of us and fashions us to his likeness. The ocean waves crashing down to the shore but they will retire back to their origins.

I don't usually like to repeat answers, but in this case it does come down to it,.
*Everything without any exclusions is going according to plan.
*Everything that is meant to be will be and everything that is not, will not.
*Do when you can, don’t when you can’t.
*Think what you can, don’t what you can’t. (Ex. Think what you can do, instead of thinking what you can’t do).
*You are who you are and you do what you do, accept it, change what you want to change but don’t forget to accept that everything that is meant to be, will be, and everything that is not, will not.
*The plan is not good nor bad, it is natural, of nature.
