I always seem to get more heads turned, more numbers, and more offers for dates. Is there some hormone that causes this only during that time of the month?

It is human nature for a woman to be more sexually attracted to men during their fertile period and for men to pick up on it. Natural instincts to reproduce and provide offspring, is very strong and this is the time of month that a woman is ready to do so. When sperm does not enter the egg, the next stage of menstruation begins.
Even though you may not be looking, pheromones come into play and men pick up on it.

sweedie, maybe you're just imagining it all, or maybe you're just being more hormonal and flirty and self-conscious so guys wonder what the flip it is you're up to, or UP FOR?
i know for a fact my husband stays WELL clear of me when i've got my "menses" for fear that he might get hung, drawn and quartered if he so much as breathes incorrectly!

The hormonal changed within you may make you more aware of subtle interest shown in you all month.

I have heard of guys being more interested when you ovulate....but never on your period. When you ovulate it is mother natures way of keeping the population going!

You give off fairmones (sp?) during that time.. My husband swears I smell diffrent ( in a good way) when I am on my period he gets super excited.. ~Wierd~
