please tell me how can i exceed my pc's ram from 248mb to 256mb it has only 1 256mb chip but my computer shows me 248.

If you have only 256mg ram, the operating system is using 8mg for the video card. If your processor and motherboard will handle it, you can put another 256mg of ram in and double the amount of memory you have.

if you go to crucial do the proms they will tell you what you need i just did got ram in 4 days just what i wanted

And anyway 248to 256... the difference would be unnoticeable.

your video is onboard and it shares system memory
