Do not even THINK of making your own fireworks, please!!!!!!
For many years I've worked on an operating-ward, and I have seen my fair share of people with horrific injuries to either their hands or face.......almost all of them turned out to have made their own fireworks.
You do NOT want to become one of those persons, I can assure you!!!!!

umm... I live in utah and the most we can get is ground bloomers around the 4th of july but i know how to make a fire cracker out of one.

i wouldnt recommend it. i kno 2 people that got hurt doing it. situation uno: had a metal container and blew up and hit his mother's boyfriends( my friends's dad). right in the heart, (went to jail)
Situation dos: acids burned his skin. face down.
