the crest has a sheild in the center with a lion in a cross under the crest it says vis unita fortior. i know this means united strength can anyone help its not stoke on trents but it has vis unita fortior under it at the top theres a football with a bird on it that looks like a dove i have no colour information because its on pewter tankard. if some one can im me i can explain fully. i think it may have a link with burnley football club because the other tankard is identical but with the burnley fc crest on

Stoke previously used the City of Stoke crest described in the question, their new crest says Stoke City 1863 The Potters with 3 red and white vertical stripes

its intreasting cause stoke as that is the slogan on the towns coat of arms but not on thier crest unless its an old crest where as spurs slogan is Audere est Facere and means to dare is to do sher click the link below and see if it is the stoke one

With a lion involved it could well be Millwall.
