I replaced thermostat, ran water through heater core, had good flow, still no circulation through heater core, need help

maybe you installed it backwards or have a air pocket, bleed the air out at the highest point :(

Check that the thermostat is in right side up(.tip or point up) Check water pump belt tight. Check that the pump is not frozen. Are both raderator hoses getting hot? Check that the heater door is opening on the heater. Meachinacal or elect.

There's a little shutoff valve on one hose to the heater core right next to the fire wall under the hood.

They get rusty and tends to stick.

THere is a wire cable going to it that hooks up to the heater controls.

This is actually a question that you should be directing to a Toyota dealership.

You should speak directly with the Service Manager at the dealership. If they do not immediately know the answer to your question, they will be able to get you an answer since they have access to a Technical Assistance Service (TAS).
