I want a second ear piercing on each ear.
Should i get it right next to the first hole or on the cartilage?

2nd hole ear piercings are cute, so is the cartilage piercing. But when you get your cartilage pierced it hurts alot afterwards. You'll have problems sleeping because you might roll onto that side where your piercing is. I have one, I have a total of 9 piercings. Good luck.

Get it next to the first piercing and then go for one on the cartillage i have 12 piercings altogether on both the ear and the cartillage and they look good.

Put it next to the first hole or do both. You don't have to do it all at once though.
