What are they replacing the WTC towers in New York with?

If it is another tower, how tall is it and when will it be complete?

I don't think its another tower. There's going to be a memorial and an office block, but nothing like as tall as before.

a memorial tower and is scheduled to be complete in 2011 and from the looks of the sketch on television it will be the tallest thing in new york
