I am not sure, to be honest. It isn't something I dwell on a lot, but rather just accept each for who they are. The rest seems to take care of itself.

My best friend has always been a job hopper. I always try and help her find a new job and when she doesn't have any money, I will pay for her at the bar and places like that. However, she does the same for me when I am broke :)

I allow them to poke gentle fun at me without reprisal. My enemies however, wither under my rapier tongue and usually cower in a corner licking their wounds.
