I don't understand your question. I have never seen a billboard about race or ethnicity. Are you wanting to know if someone believes they are good or bad?

Jena is wrong. Race is much more than skin color. There are differences in skull size and shape, in brain weight to body weight ratio, in the length of the arms in proportion to the torso, in the distribution of body fat, in the way tendons and ligaments are connected to the muscles and bones, in the balance of the hormone secretions. The races even have somewhat different nutritional requirements. Skin color is merely one of the more visible correlates of race.

And there are differences besides those you can see. The races vary in intelligence (probably in part because they vary in brain size). They also differ with each other in the predisposition to engage in violent, reckless or selfish behavior. People who claim not to see differences in race which are manifestly there to be seen are not merely ignorant. They're being dishonestly stubborn.

I don't know who's behind it if that's your question.

Do I think it's a good thing? Possibly, if it can humanize the races towards eachother.

Too long, demonization of races has kept us apart and hate alive. Silence has also proved to not help matters either- so let's start talking about it intelligently.

Your question doesn't seem to be complete. What about those billboards ? Where are they ? What is on them ? How are whites competing with blacks on the billboards ?

I think people are more intelligent now to think that the color of your skin makes a difference in the organs found inside your body. There are no differences.
