If it's real (and I really don't know that it is) it's a gift and not something you can acquire.
The Russian government and the CIA both made experiments with telekinesis during the Cold War. The Russians reported having found 'talented' individuals, that could bend spoons and that sort of stuff. But my understanding is this is the kind of thing you're born with. Of course, there's a good chance it's all flak invented by the Russians to make the CIA nervous.

40 to 60 years of concentrating the mind's eye to be trained under the mantra "Mind over matter." It's not something meant to be learned overnight.
