I am at the mission with wozzy. I need to increase my swimming ability in order to do the mission. I tried swimming for 20 minutes and nothing happen. Is there a cheat code?

Apart from the cheat, just keep diving under water, and coming back up just as the bar's about to empty, and once the lung capacity bar is about 20% full (Press L1 to view stats in the water), you should be able to do the mission

Yeah this is the cheat i used to do that mission.
Down, Left, L1, Down, Down, R2, Down, L2, Down Infinite Lung Capacity

I think you have to use the treadmill at the gym and it raises one of the levels that makes you run and swim longer/faster.

go to cheatcodes.com and type in sand andreas and it should have a cheat code that
