First Gentleman. Stands to reason since the current title for the wife of the President is First Lady.

Well if the wife of the president is considered the first lady, than the husband of a female president would be "the first man". Weird sounding...but logical I guess

Since its never happened, no one is really sure although prevailing thought is that he would be the First Man. However, in the case of Hillary Clinton, Bill would still be called Mr. President which is a title he keeps for life. So, its possible we could have a Mr. and Mrs. President....actually, I believe she would be Madam President.

Well since the president's wife is referred to as "First Lady" I would assume that if there were a female pres, then her husband would be referred to as " First Man" or something of the like.

He would be a really blessed man. Can stay home, got money and power, works for charity and get all the charity business girlies for himself... yeaaaah, rock'n roll, let's make a trip to thailand.

in a way "First Man" sounds more prestigious than "mister President".

Don't get your hopes up, she aint there yet. And Bill Clinton-bless him- would be addressed as Former President Clinton.
