I am a 20 year old and i dont know what sex is, i know that it means "male or female" but my friends tell me that it has other meanings, and that my parents should have told me what it is when i was 14

Well where have you been. Pretty much sex is when a guy and a girl(traditionally) get together and have intercourse. Basically the guy sticks his penis in the girls vagina creating a sensation and the penis gets hard and towards the end, both the guy and girl get excited and have orgasms.
