Metabolic water - water is a product of respiration, and also of the glucose -> glycogen reaction. Some desert animals get all their water from metabolic water, ie. by converting sugars in their food to water and carbon dioxide!
Underground sources of water, probably originating from rainfall and seepage from lakes etc.
The sea.
Rivers/streams etc.
Lakes
Reservoirs and other man-made sources.
Springs (which form from underground sources. Water flows through porous rock, meets impermeable rock and comes to the surface).
And precipitation, which is a posh word for water that falls from the sky.
