Arlo Guthrie. Arlo tells the hilarious story of his brush with the law for littering ("I had to pay $50 and pick up the garbage.") and his Vietnam era draft screening all while accompanying himself on guitar. The song inspired a movie which Arlo also stars in. You can still buy both.
