I have had a tummy ache all day and its nothing that ive felt before... I'm a woman, and dont want to scare myself into getting a pregnancy test or anything lol cos im probably just being paranoid but if anyone knows what may be the cause of the ache, or has had a similar thing themself, i'd love to hear what you have to say!

Ok, had ache all day. It feels a bit like someones grabbing my internal organs... not like period pain, needing to loo, or hungry... cos none of those are relevant. Not anything stomach crunchingly painful, but a slight pain enough to worry me i might be preggers aghhh! Im on the pill if that helps ... ok ta for much valued help xx

Pregnancy doesn't hurt, so it shouldn't be that, unless you have an ectopic pregnancy (tubal pregnancy) and that's a condition that requires surgery.

You could have an infection, a kidney stone (although that's usually more painful), appendicitis, diverticulitis.... the list goes on and on. Belly ache is a very non-specific symptom. It could be any of a hundred different things.

If it persists, see a doctor for a physical examination.

When I was pregnant it wasn't a tummy ache. It was more heart burn, and later Qweezy where you feel you need to take "Tumms" or "Pepto".

Stress can also cause stomach pains. Look at your stress level...

But if it is crunchingly painful, don't let it go too long. It could be something important to check out. depending on where it is, it could be anything.

But realize that preggers attacks women slightly different for each one... each time.

There's probably only one sure fire way to know if you're pregnant - well, ok a checklist but one sure fire way to find out now, and that's a pregnancy test.

But, you could wait a few months and see if you start putting on lots of weight and have stranger eatie cravings - that will probably answer your question.

Most importantly, have you had sex recently? Of course you might have just pulled a muscle lifting something, or you may have the lovely winter vomiting bug, in which case you'd probably rather be pregnant.

Suggest alcohol and when you feel brave enough, pregnancy test.

I don't think you are pregnant. Despite what people think, it's quite difficult to get caught when you are on the pill. Could it be a trapped nerve? Being pregnant doesn't give you pain/cramps and if you were and losing it the pain would be unbearable. I've had four miscarriages so I'd say don't panic but get yourself to the out of hours doctors if you have one near you just to put your mind at rest.

you probably have a bug or something.
you said you don't want to take a pregnancy test, are you late? do you think you could be pregnant?
It is the time of year for bugs/viruses, see how you are tomorrow, if you are worried you could be pregnant take a test if your unusually late just to put your mind at ease, just remember even though you are on the pill you can still get pregnant.

it really depends on where it is if is on the right side it could be appendicitis. or if your periods are due then it could be you ovulating and that can be very pain full sometimes. if it Ur actual stomach then you could have ate something that's not agreed with you and well it just a matter of time before you are relived. hope you feel better soon

Ligament discomfort does not would desire to be a pointy discomfort. it relatively is a lifeless discomfort or such as era pains.. as long as you're actually not having any bleeding and the discomfort isn't extreme, it relatively is no longer something to rigidity approximately. the newborn is shifting out of your pelvis at this factor, which would be uncomfortable.
