A small percentage, (like 10%) of the population wanted to wage war with each other, and every time your police would arrest one of these people, the judge would let the these people go, because he feared for his life and family, and the police stopped arresting these people, for the same reason, what would you do?

Me, I would bring in the army, and just shoot on sight, of anyone trying to wage war with another like so.

Its a very good thing I am not President.

Reasons;

1/ I would declare Martial law.

2/ I would move troops to the trouble spots.

3/ Replace all the judges.

As to stepping down, not unless it could be proven that the
situation was my fault.

If I were president.I would get some people with me. plant some nukes around.the country. ow about a hundred, show my intentions, and declare myself your benevolent dictator and stop all the wars, cut way down on pollution. kick the illegals out and stop them from coming in. cut down on our numbers thru birth control.Give wild animals rights to have a place to live in peace.give states more power. and do a lot of things, then give power back to the people. not government officials.and retire back to the hills of South Carolina. after haveing painted the White House a nice shade of Confederate gray.

I would beef up security around judges, make the judges rule anonymously, and keep their faces hidden. In this way, no one knows who the judges are, and they would no longer fear sentencing the criminals. After these measures were implemented, any judge who continued to let them go I would have imprisoned for obstruction of justice

So your answer to war and killing would be MORE war and killing??? I think that's been tried and it does NOT work. It only breeds more hate and violence. If I were a President of a democratic country and had those issues going on I would demand leaders of all parties sit down and try and work through the grievances in a more civilized way. There is nothing that can't be worked through if we take time to listen to all sides.
