I'm sure you realize they're both not good but, assuming you have the same soda at either (I'm taking out the 200 calories from Coke), they're pretty negligable.
From McD's, you'll consume 892 calories (assuming you're having a medium fry), eating 45 g of fat, 33 g of fiber, and 7.7 g of fiber.
Taco Bell is slightly more calories with 950 calories, 41 g of fat, 38 g of protein, and 10 g of fiber. Taco Bell also has Grade D meat which probably is slightly less healthy than McD's.

I love Taco Bell and especially the Seven Layer Burrito. I believe Taco Bell is healthier than Mc Donald's.

Well, it depends on what you are ordering. At McDonald's, you should get a snack wrap and a grilled chicken salad and for dessert, a fruit and yogurt parfait. At Taco Bell, you can pretty much get anything because beans, tomatoes. lettuce and other veggies are good for you.

Taco Bell uses peanut oil, so therefore if you are allergic to any peanut products this would not be a good idea. Now they no longer use animal fat in preparing the food.

Taco bell would be healthier, as long as you put loads of hot sauce on your food. (hot sauce helps clean out the system)
