So far, other than the pregnancy test, I do not FEEL pregnant. My breasts aren't sore, just a little tender to the touch, I am not sick, just a little nausea once in a while...is this normal? Has anyone else had a pregnancy like this?
Also, I don't know if this is true, but I heard from someone that if you don't get 'morning' sickness, that you are probably having twins...has anyone else heard this, or is my friend full of crap?

LOL - don't get morning sickness then you must be having twins. I am ROTFLMAO! Your friend is most definately full of it.
I have 10 month old twins and spent the first 7 months of my pregnancy throwing up. I had "morning" sickness all of the way up to my 31st week. My doctor told me that my pregnancy symptoms were so exaggerated because with twins you have double the hormones.
Tell your friend she's full of crap but thank her for the good laugh I had! :-)

I have had 3 children. The level of being nauseous was different with all of them. I didn't ever get sick with my first. And with any of them, I didn't get tender breasts til the very end of my pregnancy when my milk ducts were opening fully. I was sick a lot with my second two children but that could be to underlying problems that I have. I don't know a whole lot about the twins thing but they thought I lost a twin with my first...the one I was never sick with...but even afterwords I wasn't sick. So that is up in the air on my side.

Probably full of crap. You are one of the luckiest ones. This Could Be The Best pregnancy that you have had by far, so you feel good, enjoy.
My First pregnancy was like that, I never had any complaints, I felt great from the first pregnancy test. I had to take another just to be sure that I was pregnant. When It was time to deliver I went 9 days over and I still felt great. I never new that I was in labour, I had No pains just tightening. So go ahead a feel good.

I would say that you are being blessed by not having any of the "normal" symptoms yet. With my first child I had nausea one time and other than that no sickness or breast tenderness or anything. So,I think this is completly normal.
As for the twins things, I have never heard that, but it sounds like an old wives tale to me (since my first was like yours and I had a single birth).
Good luck and Best wishes!

it is normal for you to feel horrible or perfectly fine durring pregnancy.... every pregnancy is different. As for the twins thing i read that you are more likely to have twins if you feel REALLY sick... (double the hormone, double the symptoms) but that is just what i heard. you should go to the doctor and an ultrasound done to make sure everythign is okay so far and they will be able to tell you if you are have one or two (i'm only having one :( )
Oh and the older you are, the more likely you are to have twins (and complications) also the more children you already have the more likely your are to have twins... so being that this is your fourth (or fourth and fifth) you are more likely to have twins.
Good luck

Don't beleive what eveyone says... No morning sickness doesn't mean twins! Some people have compleatly different pregancys with all there babys. Heck I know someone who has 3 boys and she had 3 different pregnacys and thought for sure she was getting a girl with the last one. I'm pregante with my #4 and am 6 months along and feel like a whale aready!

The morning sickness thing is completely NOT true. I was one of the lucky ones that never got morning sickness, and I'm only having ONE baby that is really healthy. So your friend probably heard that from someone other than a person who knew what they were talking about.

Full of crap. lol At the beginning of my third pregnancy, I hardly ever felt pregnant. I mean, my breasts were fine. I didn't have any difficulty staying awake. No sickness either. And she was just one baby......thank god. Like wise, my husbands cousin had twins, she was sick as a dog all 8 months.

lol I had a good laught at the morning sickness=twins!!!!!!! NO absoultely not. I don't know what mental case she heard that from.
It is possible that since you have been pregnant 3 times and just recently had a baby you body has become immune to pregnancy and you no longer have some of the "symptoms:" My mother in law had no symptoms with her 5th or 6th children.
CONGRATS!

I had morning sickness all the way through my pregnancy and only had one kid. While my sister, who was pregnant at the same time, did not have any morning sickness, tenderness, etc. She had the dream pregnancy.
