Your body is telling you to rest- so sleep! It's normal... you are carrying a baby and you need the extra rest. Listen to your body. When we crave something when pregnant, it's your body's way of letting you know you need that ingrediant because your baby is taking it from you. So if you are sleepy, don't fight it, and take a nap.

I know exactly what you mean. I'm 19 weeks along and just did the dishes and wiped down the counter and I'm literally wiped out. I went upstairs to bring down some cups on my nightstand and here I am sitting in bed because I'm absolutely tired. I find that I have to take more breaks and I also find that I'm moving slower (even though my belly isn't really preventing me from moving around yet.) My friends or husband will pick up the pace when we are wandering around and I find that I can't keep up with them. We were in a corn maze the other day and we were running around, and I just couldn't keep up with them (where before I was always the one in the lead.) Your body is doing a lot of work right now, it's making a baby and it takes a lot of energy to make a baby so don't sweat about it. Plus you always have the excuse of that you are pregnant if someone complains about you laying around.

You don't say how far you are along in your pregnancy, but being tired (and worn out) is completly normal. I was just the same when I was pregnant, especially during my last trimester.
Try to take it easy and if you have concerns, contact your doctor to make sure that everything is normal.
Good Luck and Best Wishes!

My wife is pregnant right now and has the same problem. She gets tired real easy now doing minimal work and she gets fustrated because she is use to doing aot more. I don't know how far along you are but the best thing you cani do is listen to what your body is telling you. Take it easy if you can.

I am 26 weeks pregnant with baby number three and I have gotten worn out easily with all three pregnancies and it had nothing to do with anemia. My doctor said it is normal for some women to get worn out more easily than others.

this is normal, but remember you need to take a it a little more easier, if your gonna shop, take time out to sit and the food court for at least 15 minutes to reast, munch on nutritional snacks while shopping to give you a little more energy. good luck and congrats.

Might be worth getting the dr to check your iron levels, anaemia is pretty common in pregnancy which can knock you out like this.
