It depends on the amount. Ideally 6-8 glasses of water a day is the best amount. Your body will tell you what is too much. Plus you can actually drown your kidneys and they will not function properly if you drink too much water on a continuous basis.

Drinking pure water will never make it health hazard. Rather it helps to keep the blood circulatory system healthy, gives sufficient liquid to flushout unnecessary wastes from body

Water is good for you, but if you do drink a lot-I mean a whole lot- you will flush out all the nutrients in your body.

Actually it all depends on your body shape as of now and your metabolism...you should talk to your doctor bc drinking TOO much water CAN hurt you....over hydrating is as harmful as dehydration!

!6 to 20 glasses of clean (luke warm) water (over trhe day) is good for you, as it flushes out a lot of toxins.
However, drinking 12 or more glasses of water AT A TIME, will intoxicate you (just like what alcohol does), and that's not good for you.
