Have a chat with them and ask them. You can start off by saying you'd like to organize a small christmas party for you and your friends. From there, tell them everything they need to know, like what activities you'll have, what food you'll eat, etc. Then, you can ask them if they are alright with the idea. Tell them you would be more than willing to clean up after the party. Best of luck!

Sit down and ask them! Be serious, not just asking in passing. Say you would like 9 people, you'd like to have punch/pizza/whatever, exchange some gifts, play board games, whatever, and some music at an acceptable level, and make sure to say that it will only be while your parents are home. And that you'll make sure to clean up.

It doesn't sound unreasonable to me.
