Should I playSean Alexander this week? What is his status?
If I do not play Alexander I have the choice of Jamal Lewis, Carnell Williams and Lamont Jordan. I am desperate for good advice. Thanks everyone.

Well man this is a tough call because Alexander is still Questionable so that means you wont know if he is playing until game time on Sunday. If you want to play it safe don't play him and play Carnell Williams because they are going against the Redskins and he should get a lot of looks. Jamal Lewis still isn't doin much and Lamont Jordan is starting to lose his job to Fargas so he might not get allot of carries........gl

ok....since shaun alexander is back but is still questionable it may take him a week or so to get back to the running thret he usually is at. id say jamal lewis is the best runningback to have starting becuase hes playing an atlanta falcons defense that is having a hard season playing good football. Even though jamal hasnt had the best season he is doing better then williams and jordan. i think you should start jamal this week.

best of luck!

Shaun Alexander is not expected to play a full game IF he plays. I would go with Jamal Lewis.

Here's my suggestion, pick up a free agent, Walli Lundy this week or Anthony Thomas. The Texans Bills game will be a ground grind-out. Either one of this guys should get you plenty yards and most likely at least one TD. I am leaning towards Lundy myself but either way you will be good as gold! Another guy you could take if both of those guys are taken is Ladell Betts, not as much of a safe bet (pun intended) as the other two but he could have a great game given that Washington is unsure of there new QB Cambell
