yes, there are actually a number of Harvest Moon titles you can play on the GBA
you can play harvest moon 1, 2, or 3 - all of which are pretty old games, 1 is for the old gameboy, and 2 and 3 are for gameboy color.
gameboy advance also has newer HM games. "friends of mineral town" is almost like a remake/update of the playstation favorite "back to nature", and i definately recommend this game. it also has connectivity to the gamecube game "a wonderful life"
as well, there is a title called "more friends of mineral town" which is the same game as regular 'friends of mineral town', except that it's themed for a girl, and connects to gamecubes "another wonderful life", the female version of "a wonderful life"
