First, when you go out for the evening, take no money other than what you can afford to spend. Also leave credit and bank cards at home.

My suggestion is $15.00 in your pocket for drinks and food and another $5 or $10 safely taped into your underwear to pay for the taxi ride home. Thus no more than $25.00 on you. While tha tmay not be enough to get wasted and wind up in a strange place. it is enough to have a couple drinks, be sociable and get you home in one piece. And never, ever stick your hand inside your pants while in th ebar; only go for that money when you are safely into the cab and on the way home. Oh, and just so you don't freak out a cabbie, wrap the money in a plastic baggie before it goes down by your other baggie.

Sounds like you need some professional help. Drinking to excess is not good, especially when it starts effecting your life in a bad way.

The very fact you asked this question means you want to sort it out - which is great news (you're aware of the problem).

Find some professional help, your doctor, or an organisation such as http://www.alcoholics-anonymous.org/en_information_aa.cfm

Just don't do it, if you do go out to go drinking buy a non-alcoholic beverage that won't hit you as hard. Or bring a case of your favorite coke and relax while your guys get drunk. Other then that hang around the house and spend time with girlfriend or whatever.

Simply do not touch another bottle or can or whatever it is you drink out of! Stay firm, you see how I'm not talking to you like yeah so just don't touch it and limit yourself I mean everybody needs some!! Don't talk to yourself or think to yourself like that either!! Just don't do it!! Get meds, choose an alternative, just act like your drunk so you get the sensation that you are but don't do it in front of people or they'll think ur crazy!! Follow my advice cuz it's the flippin' best on here!!

You need to get a grip on your behavior now before it becomes the vice that rules your life..

Stop going out, take a break from your normal habits..
Alcoholism is a problem, both physically and emotionally...

If you think you have lost controll over the alcohol, get yourself into counseling before its too late..

If you are unable to control your drinking behavior, the best thing to do is not drink at all. You can get help from a local Alcoholics Anonymous group.
