I like movies of all genres besides scary movies (i.e. The Exorcist) or really ignorant ones (like Napoleon Dynamite....sorry to anyone who might have liked that movie).
My favorite I think are mafia/action movies.....Goodfellas, Casino, The God Father and definitely Pulp Fiction. But I also liked those Medea movies and I like The 10th Kingdom which is definitely not like the rest. I also like biography movies like Walk the Line and The Doors movie (though the guy that played Jim was not good at all)......lets see, I'm pretty open as long as they aren't the above mentioned two.

I really liked: The Sting, Butch Cassidy & Sundance Kid, The Shawshank Redemption, thats all I can think of. Hope this helps.

I would check out Hard Eight, directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. It's got Samuel L. Jackson and Gwyneth Paltrow in it. Check it out on imdb.com

OK, You should watch the "departed"...that fits into your mafia/action movies and you should watch "The Buddy Holly" story or "Labamba" that fits into your biographys.
