If they had a stellar personal record of accomplishments and were a spellbinding speaker, I suppose it's possible.
Wouldn't it be nice to see a candidate like that!

Are you kidding me, absolutely not! There are few men/women of integrity left in politics these days. To be elected, you have to portray your opponent in the worst possible light, say what the people want to hear, have the most money to run negative adds against your opponent, and embellish your achievements. That may sound a bit jaded, I realize, but I'm from Wisconsin, and I saw this unfold first hand in our recent elections. Pretty sad huh?

Ahhh, wouldn't that be wonderful? Unfortunately, running a political campaign these days takes many million of dollars, so the money is taken from everyone who offers it. But it would be lovely to have an honest and straight forward candidate.

Provided, in addition to all these, the candidate also successfully makes the voters believe all these 5 points. And if the candidate convinces the voters that their life would be better, compared to when rivals get elected.

Yes, only if they are a Republican. This is what Republicans did when they took back the House in 1994. They talked it and then did it.
Democrats in Congress are too liberal to win a national election. Liberals never win when they run on their views. This is also why they have the liberal media cover for them.

Not in current political climates.
Being honest and truthful and respectful of others if fatal in modern society. Especially in politics.
Try this as an experiment sometime. Try for just one week telling the absolute truth. No white lies, no polite demurrers. Just be truthful to everyone. See how badly things turn out as a result.

I think not. Most of the rest of the political world have no morals or ethics. They'll lie, cheat and steal, tear a good man down and ruin his life just to win an election. Unfortunately "we the people" continually vote for them

To be elected one most get the most votes. Given your description, and always considering the quality of the opposition, I would vote for such a candidate.

No, they could not. I love the principle of what you are saying, but the reality is that to be successful in politics you have to try to merge all sides, not just your own. You have to remember, you represent ALL people equally, not just those you agree with.

They could, but the true probability of that is like asking the Lord to reveal himsef in human form.
