We do, I think we might have the worst kind of neighbor possible, she's unreal! She moved here about a year ago. She started off quiet, and then she started saying racial things to one of our neighbors. She'd watch them when they go in and out of their house, and not let them get into their cars. Then she left them alone. She has started things with just about everyone on this street. She has even harassed the manager and screamed at him. She had bothered everone except us. Oi. We have been feeding a few stray kittens for years and no one has ever said anything; many people thought we were doing a great thing. She decides to make it a big deal and complain to the owners about it and gets pissed when they do nothing. Then at Halloween she said she didn't like our decorations because they were 'distracting' her. She started leaving her blinds wide open, but only the ones facing us. So my mother bought a piece of lattus to use as a decoration and to block her view on our porch because she had started stalking us. There was a time when my mom was getting the newspaper and looked up and the neighbor jumped back from the window in surprise. Her windows are wide open and she watches when we go in and out. This made her mad and she threatened to come over here and do something and take it down, while I was home alone. A few weeks ago, she came onto our porch at 1 in the morning and was shocked when someone saw her. Her dog barks for hours and hours everyday and she does it on purpose. Shes even gone as far as to put a stupid voodoo doll in her window facing our porch. A lot of us suspect she has either a mental problem or anger issues. Shes gone out in the middle of the night to scream at something with no importance. Shes also gone out and taken pictures of some guys car when he did nothing at all. Its getting to a point where we are afraid in our own home. I am home alone during the day, and she keeps saying she'll come over here and do something. We can't even go on vacation because we're afraid she'll do something to the house or to the cats we feed. I'm afraid she hasn't stopped. But my mother has gotten everyone to sign a petition, put it in writing and get a restraining order to get her out of here. We're working with the police and the manager too. All we ca hope for is that if she violates her restraining order, she'll have charges pressed and one step closer to her getting gone. Wish us luck, heh.

Oh yes, I lived in a duplex with the landlord and her boyfriend in the other unit. He liked to get stoned and watch Days of Thunder at volume ten and play this one scene over and over again. It made the pictures I had on that wall shake. There wasn't a whole lot I could do, I just went to the other room where it was quieter and eventually moved in with my girlfriend. I still miss the place though, 400 a month rent and a one minute walk to the ocean.

I have lived in the same house for 32 years and have problems with the same family all of the time. From day one, they have been watching me and accusing their husbands of watching me. They park in front of my house while they have trash cans reserving theirs spots. When I come outside they start talking real loud as if I want to hear what they are saying. Years ago when my daughter was 15, she told the woman that she should leave me alone because I am her mom and I don't bother anyone. The woman went and filed a complaint with the D.A.'s office. She had thrown her husband out and moved another man in. She ends up pregnant and moves her husband back in.
So she said in the complaint at the D.A.'s that my daughter caused her to have her baby too soon. In the end the judge said I don't believe this little girl caused you to go into labor. I have hundreds of stories about them but I refuse to think about them any further today. Thanks for letting me vent.

Well, there was the family who just turned their 2 year old out and locked the door on him...left him screaming in the yard for hours on end. And there was the family who told their 6 year old it was ok to scream outside...didn't matter that he was right under our bedroom windows, and when I said something to him, he broke the lights out of my car. And tried to make it seem like it was my fault, because I was 'mean' to him. And the folks whose TV was so loud I couldn't hear mine over theirs (and it was in a house, with a fairly big yard between us). And right now, I have one neighbor, who apparently has only ONE CD - and he plays it at top volume when he's home. I'm SO TIRED of that dang song, I think I'm going to 'anonymously' give him a gift certificate to the local music store - and hope he doesn't get another copy of the same one! My husband and I are so quiet, one neighbor told us she thought we'd died because she hadn't seen or heard us in days - and we'd been coming and going normally, to and from work, shopping, whatever; I'd even changed the oil in my car in my side yard that morning!

It was the stay at home mom while I lived on Post (I was Active Duty at the time) -- she drank her life away, had 3 kids that ran around and opened up the yards of the other units and used the toys that all the other parents put out for their kids, and left wreckage behind.
Well, I return to my unit after a LONG Duty Day, Groceries loaded in my trunk, my children in their Child Safety Seats -- to find that SHE has ALLOWED her drinking 'guests' to park in MY assigned parking space (meaning long walk with toddlers -- both disabled, and I'm a Single Parent), I get them to the door of the unit, have them help me with the Little Red Wagon (which has a seat for one and space to put my groceries in), am wearing MY Uniform, and ...
The Woman has the AUDACITY to come out and DEMAND that I WATCH HER KIDS while she goes out to further her "good time". UGH!
NOT only does she SCREAM at me when I tell her NO! -- but I then have to deal with her nasty comments too -- and I can definitely tell you how nasty they can get. I did get my Groceries in, I did call the MPs and have her friend's car ticketed, and Yes, I did call housing to complain (and believe me, as an Officer, I TRY NOT to do that -- but in this case -- YEP -- I NEEDED to call it in).
SHE made life a living hell for those in that small piece of Base Housing. That is why I AVOIDED Base Housing for the rest of my tours unless I was very Desperate or knew it was going to be real short term.

Not where I live now, but where I did live, it was the pits...bad neighbors on both sides of the street, one that watched every move we made, and was constantly calling to take him places, and coming over the other neighbor to aargue about the cars in my driveway were blocking his and all the stuff that I am glad to be away from....it was much worse but I don't think you want me to write a book about it which, I probaly could,....

Yeah, I have a neighbor that does not want to work and collects free money, after I get done work and come home she thinks she has the right to spy on me when I walk through the hall just to get my mail. That is so weird. I wish she would get a job and stop thinking she has the right to watch others that work hard all the time.

I have a neighbor who used to let his dog crap in our yard all the time without cleaning up the mess, so I finally got fed up & started putting it on his steps. He finally stopped. I also have this redheaded 50 yr. old woman who complains when I'm working in my garage & make just a little bit of noise. What a *****!

I grew up next door to crazy people who thought television was evil and they used to shoot at piles of old TVs in the back yard. They had a party once where their priest was doing it too. They only went in the pool during thunderstorms and the girls swam in full length skirts because they were not allowed to show too much skin. They beat their horses with buckets. They rode dirt bikes and ATVs around in circles in the back yard after midnight. They had an outhouse with a big yellow smiley face on it. They refused to speak to us because they thought we were dangerous.
