u can hide tht folder by using hide folder xp
the folder hidden by this is not shown even when we see hidden files and it asks for password when u uninstall this software
whts better thn tht....

I found this software by putting "password protect folders" in Google.

There's a $39 version which can do larger than 50MB folders, but I downloaded the Free version and is seemed to work fine.

I would suggest you set the security permissions on the folder to allow only yourself. If you want you could even create another windows user account with password known only to you, and set the permissions on the folder to allow only this account to read/write to the folder. Remove all others, Administrators group, or everyone, etc.

If you dont see the Security tab on Properties, you need to Turning on and turning off Simple File Sharing:

You can encrypt it with a password.
Right click on the folder, go to security and sharing and follow instructions on how to make it 'private'.

Not sure if you can what I did was , I bought a biometric USB key and put my sensitive stuff there, you need a fingerprint to open the key.
