May be its because in your life you have been influenced by a lot of guys and engaged girls. Try to remember, if the girls you've admired was engaged or married. It also depends on the guy you are engaged to in your dreams. And there's also another possibility, that may be you are too much tired and frustrated in your current life that you'd like to have a guy to support you in the way and, be with you. But I wouldn't say that unless you find someone like that you should be doing that.

If you dream, then you had a good deep sleep. Prior to last night did you ever think about what it would feel like to be engaged? It is in your mind some were and you had a good dream and sleep.

Doesnt have to mean anything. Dreams arent always what people think they are. Maybe you thought about it earlier, or attended a wedding, who knows?
