I seen photo shots of the trailer and it shows him kissing what looks like Cho chang. I don't remeber that happening in the book!

Yes, Harry and Cho Chang do kiss in the 5th book.
Remember the scene during the Christmas Holiday? When Cho and Harry are left alone in the common room, she starts crying and complaining about losing Cedric and just using Harry as some sort of comfort, then she tells him that he's a really good teacher, that she likes him and kisses him. This is a pretty important part. I don't understand how you could forget something like this.

well the book doesn't say explicetly if harry kisses cho. itz kinda assumed becoz later when he returns to the common room and ron asks him is they kissed. harry doesnt answer but ron takes that as an yes..and wen ron asks him how was the kiss,harry says it was "wet"...becoz cho was crying and asks "what sorta persons crys when someone kisses them?"...so yea i guess they do kiss. :)
PS: If im not mistaken this happens in chapter 21 of the book, called "The eye of the snake", just in case u would like to check...

Oh, Cho was basically whining about Cedric and crying crying crying. Harry was going "durrrOMGWHATDOIDOdurrr" and couldn't say a word and Cho was still crying and before he knew it, she leans into him and kisses him.
Sweet, eh? :D I also recall Hermione giving an analysis about what happened when Harry told her about it. Heh...

yes it does, it says that the ceiling above them has a mistletoe, and then..¡¡pum!! you are in the common room and harry tell Hermione and Ron that he kiss her
