Not sure what you mean. You go to internet explorer, click on tools, then on internet options and change it there. If it doesn't stay then you're probably infected with viruses/spyware. They will "hijack" your homepage. You will need to scan your system with a good virus/spyware scanner and clean it.

You go to control panel-change internet and network connections-change connections-then a box will pop-up with tabs-click generals tab and change homepage.

Either get another browser, ((firefox)), or it might be a virus, I have had a virus that would hijack my homepage, but you can change it with a good antivirus, here is a good one

www.avast.com

either that or avg works well also
