Bleed it just like you would bleed the brakes.

I'd be more concerned about the fact that ALL the fluid leaked out.
You may have a bad clutch cylinder.

Two man job.
Pump the pedal three times and hold to the floor.
Have your buddy "crack" the bleeder at the clutch cylinder and release the air.
Snug up the bleeder valve and repeat several times.

First try to bleed the slave cylinder, if it has the same design as a ford ranger you may have a real head ache if it is you may have to remove the master cylinder with the line intact and bech bleed it the cylinder may have a downward tint to it, if so remove it from the truck and bech bleed according to the manual! if it virtually impossible to bleed all the air out of it, if the cylinder is like the ford design if you dont bench it first( ps repair all the leaks first)

Does the seize grasp cylinder factor downward on the firewall? if so, it fairly is retaining an air pocket on the firewall and it is unable tobled out the line port on the backside. try leveling the grasp cylinder out by using jacking the front of the truck up or loosening the grasp cylinder from its mount and then re-bleed the gadget.
