Mine does that. I'll tell you why, too. Whenever you are about to receive a phone call or text message, the radio waves from the antenna become bent and distorted because of the magnets in the speakers. Therefore you have a three-burst buzz that sounds from the speakers.

"A nearby GSM handset is usually the source of the "dit dit dit, dit dit dit, dit dit dit" signal that can be heard from time to time on home stereo systems, televisions, computers, and personal music devices. When these audio devices are in the near field of the GSM handset, the radio signal is strong enough that the solid state amplifiers in the audio chain function as a detector. The clicking noise itself represents the power bursts that carry the TDMA signal. This is a form of RFI, and could be mitigated or eliminated by use of additional shielding and/or bypass capacitors in these audio devices, however, the increased cost of doing so is difficult for a designer to justify."

some style of interference alongside with your audio gadget. The cell telephone operates at 2.4 GHz, and that i've got confidence that the electrical powered interior the audio gadget are additionally the comparable, or close. This additionally happens whilst the cell telephone communicates with the towers. you may word that each and every hour or so there's a easy static sound, which then is going away after some seconds. in my opinion, i like having my cell telephone "communicate" to the audio gadget to warn me of upcoming calls. provides a heads up!! yet yeah, it happens to every physique I wager.

This usually happens when a cell phone is around your speakers.... I don't think its anything to worry about.

If you've just added speakers / switched them on this could be the reason why - happens to me too.
