everywhere, but on some places the most, like the ovaries and the chest, but I'm not sure about others, I haven't experienced lots in life yet, I'm just 15 years old.

I'm not going to answer this question for a simple reason. If you're a male you shouldn't be hitting a girl anyway. In most realities the second a guy hits a girl then all the other guys will hate that guy for that reason. the girl may tease and make fun of you, but that just makes her lame. And hitting a girl is twice as lame, so buzz off :p

Never you try to hurt a girl especially when you are annoyed. Delicate part, is their chest area and if hit in that area, be ready to face the consequence. So be warned!
