A low African chant done by a man comes in and out of the song
Has a strange sounding drum roll thru out the song almost like a bongo
Only words I remember were something like "You dont need anybody but me"
Or maybe it was "You just need a little of me "
I know my description sucks but any answer would save my brain from hurting.

I also think its a newer song. I heard it on a radio station that plays new music.
Just in case you were thinking I was asking for some off the wall African chant song.
