This is like the umpteenth time someone has asked the same question, but I still say Supes would win.
Why?
Well, Supes can lift over 200,000,000 tons, and that's after he was majorly powered down by John Byrne in the 80's.
Spidey can only lift about 10 tons.
Supes can fly into outer space and survive in the vacuume of space. He has laser beam Heat Vision to slice and burn through things; Super (Tornado force) Breath; he's invulnerable to even Wolvie's adamantium claws, and he has superspeed that's WAY faster than Quicksilver and Northstar combined.
Winner: Big Blue. No contest.
Also, for any idiot out there he keeps falling back on the old tired excuse if so and so had kryptonite, then Supes is finished. They have to first KNOW that kryptonite is his weakness, then they have to get there hands on this supposedly rare material.
So, if Supes and Spidey are fighting as is without any kryptonite conveniently laying around, then the winner could ONLY be Supes.

Superman. first of all, Superman could fly Spiderman each and each and every of how from ny to California and punch Spiderman less than the Golden Gate Bride and enable him drown. Superman would fly back to ny and tell Superman's human beings how he killed Spiderman.

You would think it would be Supes.
But What If the radioactive spider that bit Peter had just been bathed in a frequency ALMOST IDENTICAL to that of Kryptonite radiation. So Spidey actually radiates this energy!
Then, as soon as Superman got close he would fall over puking from radiation sickness and Spidey could step in and give him a good kicking.

Super man, but I'm sure Spidey can figure something out, he is a scientist and exploit Superman's weaknesses like Batman has time and time again.
