Well lets see under most circumstances I would say Hulk definitely although that would all depend on whether or not he could get hold of Vader and if he could survive a Force Choke. To put it simply Hulk only stands a chance of winning if he can get in close, Vader however, can use the force to preform distance attacks. So honestly I would call it an even match.

Darth Vader could easily kill the Hulk before the Hulk has time to get within reaching distance.
If Vader wanted to all he'd have to do is pinch the carotid artery, or squish the Hulk's tiny pea-sized brain in his skull, or crush his heart with his Telekinetic Force powers, and bye bye Hulkie.
I mean c'mon, Vader kills people onboard other star ships WAY far from himself. And he has his lightsaber.

You guys dont get it, you hulk lovers. Hulk is very powerfull, but vader uses the Force that has no equal. The Empiror had a battle station known as the deathstar, which vader claims is insignificant next to the force. Dude has kept himself from dying. He can mind trick hulk into calming down and then kill him. In the avengers movie banners states that he has shot himself in the mouth and hulk spit it out, okay fair, but what if vader rips out his organs or turns his brain into mush. Guy choked an admiral on the other side of the galaxy, over a monitor. And that does work for all you hulk lovers, brother got a lightsaber. One..two..chop chop hulks head is off. Sabers cut through anything. Qui gon stuck his saber through a steel door the length if his saber, dont tell me it wont cut through hulk. Hulk gets stronger the angerier he gets, whatever, im pretty sure vader is pritty pissed. He had no one, what does he have to lose.
